Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark Visit to Europe for Cooperation Activity

From 23rd to 30th, group of Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark visited to Rokua Geopark of Finland and North West Highlands Geopark of Scothland, and signed sister-park with Rokua Geopark.

Mr. Vesa Krökki, General manager of Rokua Geopark, gave a report about geopark to group, and the group visited to museum of Rokua Geopark, Lamminaho Farm, met with the press, and interacted with students in Utajärvi School

Kyösti Juujärvi, Chairman of the board of directors of Rokua Geopark, and Tian Dangsheng, the Land of Resources Bureau of the Xi’an, being the management authority of Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark gave speech to each other in signing ceremony. From friendly discussing and negotiation, signing cooperation and concluding sister-park to recognize each other as an important partner in promotion of geo-conservation, sustainable tourism, environmental education and sustainable regional development.

Because of invitation of North West Highlands of Scothland, group visited there for friendly communication to establish fine base for future cooperation later.
