Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark Participated in the Third Geoscience Tourism Conference and the

      On November 12, the “Third Geoscience Tourism Conference and the First Youth Forum on Geoscience Tourism Development”, hosted by the Geoscience Tourism Branch of China Tourism Association, was held in Yifu Museum of China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, Hubei Province. At the invitation of the organizer of the conference, Wang Shichao and Zhang Dongwei representing Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark participated in the conference.

      The theme of the conference is the exploration and development of geoscience tourism in the “National Park Era”. The conference brought together young people from more than 100 units across China to exchange the latest research results and industry trends in the field of geoscience tourism, promote exchanges among various nature reserves, and explore the new development of geoscience tourism in the“National Park Era”.

      Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark made a report entitled “Make use of the advantages of the Geoparks to improve the level of geoscience tourism”. The report exchanged views on the shaping of the science popularization tourism environment, the construction of science popularization facilities, and the research and development of science popularization products in Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark, and was highly praised by experts and guests attending the conference.
