Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark Museum is built at Yifangyuan in Cuihuanshan Scenic Area, in which a lot of photos, diagrams, exhibition boards with geological and tourism explication are displayed for demonstrating a brief introduction to the geopark, basic geological knowledge about the earth, the evolution process to the Qinling mountains, local folk cultures and flora and fauna resources in the geopark.
The mission of museum is to provide an attractive object-based learning facility for understanding the nature and evolution of our planet and geopark to visitors of all ages and to inspire an appreciation of the dynamic natural world of Earth Sciences.
The “Bamboo Slip” on doorway shows the historical movements of the Qinling Mountains.
