The 13th Mountain-Climbing Competition kicked off at the gate of cuihuashan scenic area on April 12. The event is a part of the 15th Anniversary Xi’an Tourism Group National Fitness Festival. It attracted over 1,500 mountain-climbing enthusiasts whose age 7 to 75 from 3 provinces in China. The route of the competition is Main Gate – Tianchi Square – Geopark Museum. It measures 6 kilometers in total.
Besides competing in Cuihuashan, public can closely get to know the various kinds plants in Nanwutai Scenic Area and explore the different kinds of Chinese Redbud Festival activities in Taiping Scenic Area this April.
