The Tourism Staff Training Class was held in Heihe Tourism Centre to improve the geopark service level and establish International Ecotourism Area for helping the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development of the UN by Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark from March 13 to 16, 2017, and more than 70 staff attended the training.
Professor Dong Jianhui, He Ye and instructor Zhang Yuan who were from Shaanxi Vocational & Technical College gave the class to the Training Class. The practical exercise is the main training including personal manners, customer receptionist, room, food, ticket, and the exam is important pole in the training. Also, the teacher gave the suggestion to staff after they did exercise and exam to improve staff level and help to accumulate experience. Besides the training, evening part has been held to enrich cultural life.
