Prepared work conference for the geopark revalidation has been held by Department of Land and Resources of Shaanxi Province in Xi’an Hotel in June, 18, and many leaders and experts from Ministry of Land and Resources of the People’s Republic of China, Department of Land and Resources of Shaanxi Province, Bureau of Land and Resources of Xi’an City, Northwest University, Chang’an University, Shaanxi Centre of Geological Survey and Xi’an Centre of Geological Survey. Mr. Wang Yanlin gave report about geological environment protection of Shaanxi province, and Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark Management Office gave report about the geopark construction and prepared work for revalidation. Deputy leader, Li Jijiang, who is from Ministry of Land and Resources of the People’s Republic of China, pointed out that global geopark of Chinese needed to obey the international standard, and we should protect, develop and research geological heritage resources of Shaanxi Province correctly.
