For strengthening the cooperation between geopark and university, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Xi’an University of Finance and Economics put their plates in Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark as teaching and practice base in 24th, Nov. The two universities built the practice base for students to learn knowledge, find natural and geological secret. And the geopark will cooperate with university and college in tour personal training, practice teaching and academic research
Besides, the geopark will link geological museum with scenic areas, volunteer service for public good with scenic area acceptable to do outside and inside in the whole for Shaanxi university and college from time arranged, climbing line, spot choosing, explaining and others.
Recently, the geopark have developed special tour-line to enrich teaching and practice activity for students based on geological resources, forest resources, landslide landscape, quaternary glacier feature, ancient human heritage, geological museum, Qinling Natural School and International Juvenile Geoscience Campsite. Many university and college have built teaching and practice base in the geopark such as Northwest University, Shaanxi Normal University, Chang’an University, Shanxi Normal University, Xi’an University of Science and Technolohy, Tai’an College and Longdong College.
