Recently, Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark Tourism Development Limited Company held competition of interpreters to improve the guide’s level to offer high quality service for tourist, and more than 100 staff attended the competition. 14 competitors attended competition for 2 hours.
The director of judge declared the rule and standards of grading before competition. The competition sets up special and popular team, and prepared and impulse subject in form. The result of competition is that Geng Xin and Xu Xiaomei are number 1 of special and popular team, Hu Qian and Wu Jia are number 2, and Liu Guomin and Tian Miao are number 3, besides, Zheng Qiannan and other 7 competitors are praised as topnotch players. All competitors gave the high enthusiasm on the competition.
Interpreters play an important role in tourism, and service level and guide quality of them are important too. The competition is not only exam for guide, but also a force for service quality of geopark tourism.
