Light yellow, light green, sapphire, indigo are the colors of Wang Ximeng, the artist in the late northern Song Dynasty. Zhaofen, Doulv, Yaohuang and Weizi are the peonies in Li Bai’s poems. Qinling Zhongnanshan, which has lasted for ten thousands of years, carries the dreams and poetic spirit of numerous scholars and peots. In order to promote traditional Chinese culture and reproduce the splendid spring scene of Changan in Tang Dynasty, the 4th Global Geopark Huazhao Festival was recently held in Cuihuashan, the key scenic area of Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark.
The “Traditional Chinese Culture in Zhongnanshan” activity was held from Mar. 20th to Apr. 10th by Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark, Kaiyuan Fengya and Juntu Net togther. 12 “Flora Gods” in traditional Chinese clothes would be selected. People interested in the activity could uploaded pictures and videos of themselves in traditional Chinese clothes and signed up online.
The activity has come to an end. Participants will be rated from three dimensions “public votes + peronal image + media transmission”, and the top 100 participants will have the opportunity to participate in the 2022 “Traditional Chinese Culture in Zhongnanshan” activity, among whom participants who are rated as the 12 “Flora Gods” will be the recommend officers to promote the traditional Chinese cultures and tourism activities of Qinling Zhongnanshan UNESCO Global Geopark in 2022. The 12 “Flora Gods” are entitled to travel in Cuihuashan scenic area for free and to participate in the traditional culture related actitivites.
It is hoped that this activity will promote the image and popularity of Qinling Zhongnanshan Global Geopark and the history and culture of Qinling, and let the world know Qinling Zhongnanshan.
